It starts with a call to one of our techs to help you pre-diagnosis your problem. We will collect all vital information about your issue and make an assessment of any hardware/software we’ll need to help correct your issue. Once all data is collected, we will send out a tech. Unlike many other consulting services, D2 techs does not charge a transportation fee. The standard rate is $65.00 per hour. We do offer Hourly Packages for a reduced hourly rate. Once the tech is completed and the problem is resolved, we will supply a detailed invoice of all services applied and any other software/hardware we needed for resolution.
